Home From Hospital
Our home from hospital service enables hospital outpatients to recover comfortably at home following serious illness or injury. We offer re-enablement services which may include a 24-hour wrap-around support.
By providing high quality convalescent care, we can enable you to concentrate on your recovery while reducing the risk of complications. We can also assist you with tasks that you may find difficult or impossible to do until you recover.
Non-Personal Care Services
We provide help, assistance and support for everyday tasks such as:
- Shopping
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Cleaning and tidying the home
- Laundry and ironing
- Handling mail
- Sorting household bills
- Organising days out
We also provide services for those looking after a loved one who require respite care.
Day Care
If you need just a day to run some errands, or need a more full-time solution for your loved one while you're at work, consider our adult day care program, which offers:
