Personal Care Services

We provide personal care and support for all age groups to enhance their quality of life and wellbeing by helping with the demands of daily routines which may have become more difficult, such as:

Getting up and getting ready in the morning
Bathing and washing
Dressing and undressing
Managing medicines
Settling in for the evening

We provide more complex care following an illness or long-term nursing, and specialist support for mental health conditions. Sometimes there may be a need to call upon health and care professionals to help support recovery from a specific incident or illness.

Home From Hospital

Our home from hospital service enables hospital outpatients to recover comfortably at home following serious illness or injury. We offer re-enablement services which may include a 24-hour wrap-around support.

By providing high quality convalescent care, we can enable you to concentrate on your recovery while reducing the risk of complications. We can also assist you with tasks that you may find difficult or impossible to do until you recover.

Non-Personal Care Services

We provide help, assistance and support for everyday tasks such as:

Shopping
Preparing and cooking meals
Cleaning and tidying the home
Laundry and ironing
Handling mail
Sorting household bills
Organising days out

We also provide services for those looking after a loved one who require respite care.

Our Care and Support Workers can help in many ways, providing assistance, reassurance and encouragement. They are there to provide support with not only the challenges of everyday life, but will also provide companionship and friendship.

Day Care

If you need just a day to run some errands, or need a more full-time solution for your loved one while you're at work, consider our adult day care program, which offers:

Structured activities and social programs
Fitness and wellness programs
Personal care as needed
Delicious hot meals and nutritious snacks
Comfortable accommodations
Transportation to doctor appointments, by arrangement
Flexible hours and schedules
