Supported Living

Supported Living

As the UK’s Leading independent provider our supported living services provide innovative and person-centred support enabling children (16+) and adults with or without autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health illnesses and challenging behaviours to live as independently as possible within their own homes and in the local community.

All our innovative services are focused on supporting people to be as independent as possible within their own homes and in their local community. It is our aim to support individuals in achieving their goals, believing passionately that every person, regardless of the challenges they face, can accomplish extraordinary achievements with just the right support. ‘Supporting You’ believes that everyone has the right to individually tailored support, whether they need 4:1 staffing or a few hours a week to be supported with their tenancy.

Supported Accommodation 16 – 18 years

At KT's Care Angels, we're dedicated to supporting young people who are navigating a critical period in their lives - often between 16 and 18 years old. Many of our young individuals have experienced unstable or insecure living situations, which can make it difficult for them to develop the skills they need to succeed as adults.

To address this, we've developed tailored services that prioritise their basic needs: feeling safe and settled. Our staff work with young people who present with challenging behaviours to create a supportive environment where they can flourish. By providing a stable foundation, we help our young individuals build confidence in themselves and develop the skills necessary for independence and success.

In every one of our homes, there's always someone available to care for them. This reassurance allows our young friends to feel secure knowing that they have a dedicated team looking out for their well-being.

Semi-Independent Living 18 + years

  • Residential (semi-independent with accommodation)
  • Community outreach of floating support
